Listening. Empowering. Encouraging
About Tors Pearcy, IBCLC
I’m a highly trained IBCLC infant feeding specialist and holistic sleep coach, serving families across South West Wales (Carmarthenshire, Swansea, SA region) and online UK-wide.
My mission? To support you through breastfeeding, mixed feeding, bottle challenges, and gentle sleep support without judgement and with evidence-based care. I believe every parent deserves to feel listened to, empowered and encouraged to find what works for them.
Over the past decade, I’ve helped families move from exhaustion and worry about breastfeeding, bottle feeding or sleep to feeling calm, confident and supported.
You may have seen me on these platforms — featured as an independent consultant.

My Journey Into Infant Feeding and Holistic Sleep Support
WHY I’M WELL PLACED TO SUPPORT YOU ON YOUR JOURNEY
When I first became a mum, I desperately wanted to breastfeed—but I struggled. My nipples bled, and despite using shields, every feed felt painful and overwhelming. That’s when I discovered an incredible midwife who, in her own time, supported new parents through breastfeeding. Her kindness and expertise changed everything for me.
That experience ignited a desire to “pay it forward,” so in 2014 I began volunteering on my local maternity ward. Within a few years I became a qualified Peer Supporter (2017) and then a Breastfeeding Counsellor (2018) with the Association of Breastfeeding Mothers, also helping out on the National Breastfeeding Helpline UK. I co-ran Carmarthen’s Llaeth Mam Breastfeeding Group, expanding our in-person gatherings and growing an online community that offered real-time support.
Then 2020 hit. Overnight, our in-person meetings stopped—but our Facebook group exploded. It was clear that parents everywhere needed specialist support more than ever.
Determined to help on a larger scale, I embarked on the most rigorous lactation qualification available worldwide: the International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
To earn my IBCLC credential, I completed 14 health-science courses, 95 hours of lactation-specific education, and documented over 1,000 hours of clinical support. In July 2021, I was thrilled to learn I’d passed the four-hour exam with a score above 90%—one of the proudest moments of my life.
I now offer one-to-one specialist support as an Infant Feeding Specialist and IBCLC—and I’ve branched out to include tailored bottle-feeding consultations and holistic sleep coaching, too.
Every day I draw on my personal journey and clinical training to provide judgement-free, evidence-based care. My mission is simple: to empower you with practical strategies, heartfelt encouragement and the confidence to feed and care for your baby exactly the way you want.
