I’m currently completing advanced training to become a Certified Holistic Sleep Coach through the world-renowned Lyndsey Hookway’s Holistic Sleep Coaching Program—a highly respected, OCN Level 6 accredited course for professionals supporting infant sleep.
This respected programme combines evidence-based sleep science with a responsive, family-centred approach. It reflects everything I believe in as an IBCLC and gentle sleep consultant: that rest and connection can beautifully coexist.
